Shipping the old part - you can send the turbine via any courier at your own expense to our office address. You have 30 days from the moment of receiving the order.
Technical verification - our specialists will assess the condition of the part. Make sure that the returned turbine is the same as the purchased one and is suitable for remanufacturing. Technical details and requirements that the old turbocharger must meet can be found in the PDF file: Return conditions for used parts.
Refund of funds - within 14 days, you will receive a decision and a transfer of the full deposit amount to your account.
