Returns and Exchange

As a Consumer, you have the right to return or exchange* the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment. You do not have to provide a reason, but we would be grateful if you did.

What conditions must be met?

The returned product must be in its original form, i.e., in the technical condition in which it was delivered - unused.

Products in which the following are found:

  • signs of use/operation/installation;
  • unauthorised repairs, alterations, or structural changes carried out by the user or other unauthorised persons;
  • mechanical, thermal, chemical damage, or intentional damage to the goods;

ARE NOT SUBJECT TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT OR EXCHANGE.

Note! The right to withdraw from a distance contract is only available to natural persons (Consumers). For companies and institutions, only product exchange is possible.

Before contacting us, prepare your order number and invoice number, and then write to: info@turbochargers-shop.com

2. Submission

We accept your submission. You will receive a contract withdrawal form** from us or you can download it here. Fill in the form/statement. At this stage, you can decide to exchange the product or request a refund. We would be grateful if you provide the reason for the return.

3. Product Return

We await the return of the products. You can send it back to us at your own expense or use our courier services (paid service - we will provide the cost by email).

4. Exchange or Refund

We start the exchange or refund process (according to the decision you made). You will receive information by email.

Product Exchange Process:

1. Contact Us

2. Submission

We accept your submission. You will receive contract withdrawal and exchange forms** from us or you can download them here. Fill in the forms/statement.

3. Product Return

We await the return of the goods along with the completed return and exchange forms. You can send it back to us at your own expense or use our courier services (paid service - we will provide the cost by email).

4. Purchase of the Correct Product

If time is of the essence, you can purchase the correct product*** during the return procedure. You place an order for the correct product, and we process it as a separate purchase. With this option, please include the new order and invoice numbers in the exchange form.

5. Refund / Goods Exchange

After receiving the goods you returned, we start the refund process. If you have not yet purchased the correct product, you can decide on a full refund and a separate purchase of a new product or settlement of the new order with the original one (we will settle the difference, if any). We will inform you about the progress of the exchange process and the overall settlement by email.

*To exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract, you must inform QRP Automotive SP. Z O.O., with its registered office at Bratnia 8, PL-56-400 Oleśnica, e-mail: info@turbochargers-shop.com of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by email or traditional mail).
**Filling in the contract withdrawal form is not mandatory. To keep the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send information concerning your exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract before the withdrawal period has expired. Only in the case of goods exchange, please fill in the return and exchange forms.
***In the event of the correct goods being unavailable in our store, we will propose an individual completion date or a refund for the incorrectly purchased product.
