All products are delivered free of charge via DPD or DHL couriers. Once the shipment is handed over to the courier, you will receive an e-mail with the waybill number and a tracking link.

REMEMBER TO CHECK THE CONTENTS OF THE SHIPMENT!

We ensure that the goods are safely packaged, thus avoiding the risk of damage during transport. However, before accepting the shipment, check in the presence of the courier whether it is damaged or if the packaging has been opened. If you find that the shipment is damaged upon receipt from the courier, draw up a damage protocol in their presence (every courier carries one). A reliably completed protocol will be the basis for a warranty claim.
