To meet the expectations of our Customers, we have prepared a collection of the most frequently asked questions and answers. The questions and answers are divided into individual sections.

SEARCHING / TURBOCHARGER IDENTIFICATION

    • I don't know what turbocharger I have in my car. What should I do?

Call us, send an email, or fill out the contact form. We will ask you for information such as: make and model of the vehicle, capacity, engine power and code, and VIN (Vehicle Identification Number).

    • How to identify a turbocharger?

The turbocharger number should be read from the nameplate. Depending on the manufacturer, the nameplate may be located on:

-the compressor housing (aluminium cover - cold part)

-the core (CHRA - the centre of the turbocharger)

NOTE! If the turbocharger nameplate is illegible - contact us. We will certainly manage to select the right turbine for your vehicle.

    • How to find the desired turbocharger in the store?

There are two methods by which you can find a specific turbocharger.

-Dynamic search engine:

Enter any phrase, e.g., manufacturer number, OEM part number, make and model of the vehicle, or engine code/designation.

-Search by make and model:

Select the make and model of your car, and then the version and engine. As a result, all turbochargers installed in that model will be shown.

    • I have the turbocharger number but cannot find it on the website.

Contact us, and we will certainly help and present a favourable offer. It is possible that the turbocharger has not yet been added to the website.

    • I found a turbocharger in the store - but I am not sure if it will fit my car.

In such a situation, click the "CONFIRM BY VIN" option on the product card. Then fill out the form providing your email address and VIN. We will check whether the given product is suitable for your car and send a reply to your email.

    • Where can I find the VIN - Vehicle Identification Number?

The car's VIN can be found in the vehicle's registration certificate. Physically in the car, depending on the manufacturer, this number can be found in the following places: engine compartment on the right side reinforcement, near the right shock absorber mount, bulkhead near the air intake chamber, vehicle cabin near the right front seat, right wheel arch, right central body pillar, right front body pillar, right side of the load-bearing frame near the right front wheel, left side of the dashboard base inside the cabin.

ORDER / FULFILLMENT

    • How to place an order, buy a product?

After selecting the product, you must add it to the cart and proceed with the purchase process, providing details such as: contact information, delivery address, and invoicing details. Then you choose the form of payment and order the product. Remember to carefully check the shipping and invoicing details you provide.

    • How to pay for purchases?

We offer our customers several forms of payment, including: traditional bank transfer, cash on delivery, credit card, or transfer via a selected payment system.

    • Do I have to register?

We do not require account registration to shop in our store.

    • What is the delivery time?

The estimated delivery time is provided on the product card.

Products

    • What is the warranty period?

We provide a warranty for both new and remanufactured turbochargers for a period of 24 months with no mileage limit. Each turbocharger is delivered along with a warranty card. Information about the warranty conditions can be found in the WARRANTY CONDITIONS tab.

    • Are the new turbochargers offered original?

Yes. The new turbochargers we sell are original products, the same as for the so-called first fitment.

    • Do I have to return the old turbocharger when buying a new one?

No. We do not require the return of damaged turbochargers.

    • Does the purchased turbocharger need additional adjustment?

No. Both brand new and remanufactured turbochargers are ready for installation and do not require any adjustments.

    • How do you remanufacture turbochargers?

    • Does the turbocharger have to be installed by an authorised service centre?

No. You install the turbine yourself, but we recommend choosing an appropriate service centre or mechanic for correct installation. Incorrect installation can be the cause of repeated turbocharger damage. The warranty card describes the correct installation and diagnostic process.

    • Can I return/exchange the purchased turbocharger?

    • What does the product complaint process look like?
